Everyone has a bucket list or a list of things they want to accomplish in life. It’s usually filled with fun activites. They want to go skydiving, travel across the world, fall in love, break a record, ride an elephant, learn to play guitar, start a business or climb a mountain. The problem is, most people I know are waiting for the right time, the right person, enough money or courage. I figured if we all thought like this we would never accomplish any of these life changing activities. That’s when I realized THIS IS IT. This is the day I’m going to change the world and more importantly, my life. I don’t want to be that person who at the end of their life says they wish they had done so much more. Read, watch and follow as I experience as much as I can. I dare you to do the same.

Well what can I tell you. My parents taught me to work hard and be nice to everyone, the rest will come. Problem is, I never understood what the rest was but regardless, I try damn hard to accomplish those two goals. I’m a serial learner, yes, that’s a thing. I like learning and want to spend my life learning as much as I can. That’s probably why I’m in love with the start-up world and non-for-profit; it’s an endless road of learning from your success and failures while fighting for something you believe in. And I like people. I know that sounds odd to say but people have the most amazing stories and lessons. I’ve always dreamed of a job where I could just talk to people all day long (hello, are you out there?). I’m kind of nerdy. Okay, I am nerdy. I like geeky things and am constantly awe struck by new innovations. One day, I want to do something magical.
