All aboard!
After months of planning, organizing, and conquering road blocks along the way, I’m happy to announce that I’ll be headed to New York. Going back to school has been on my mind for awhile now. When completing my undergraduate degree in business I had the option to concentrate in my last year and naturally I chose marketing. I excelled more in my last year than I did the others and it was then that I knew if I were to go back to school in the future that I would want to do a graduate program focused in marketing. When I learned of the Digital Media Marketing Certificate at New York University (NYU) I knew that is what I wanted to do.
New York is a place that I’ve always wanted to live in because other than having a love for vibrant cities, it is a place where there is always new things to do and exciting places to explore. It is a city with lots of heart, a lot of culture and a hellevalot of energy. But in the end, my favourite part of New York City is it’s hustle. The city is known for it’s hustle and that is something I can’t wait to experience.
I’ll be working hard the next four months to complete my certificate. I’ve opted to do an intense semester to try and complete the certificate leaving myself with the option of staying and working in New York or continuing on to my next adventure. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens!
